Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
